  • Deposits

    All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to hold and confirm your spot, which goes toward your service.

  • Cancellations

    Please cancel/ reschedule within 24 hours of appointment time. All appointments booked and cancelled will retain the non-refundable deposit fee.

  • No-Show's

    All missed appointments due to a no-show will be charged 100% of the service booked. This applies to those who do not contact us, change, or cancel their appointments.

  • Children

    Children are not allowed at appointments. Due to the salon space accommodations for children are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Arriving Late to Appointment

    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with failure to notify staff will have a $25 schedule adjustment fee applied. We understand things happen, so please reach out if you are running late.

  • Foreign Fills

    At this time, we do not accept foreign fills under lash extension services offered. However, we are happy to offer a new set, with a removal applied for the previous lashes.
